"The 12 Days of Christmas… Sorority Edition" by Halley South

Hello there! My name is Halley, and I’m a junior public relations major from Friendswood, Texas. Christmas is one of my favorite holidays because I love dressing up in ugly Christmas sweaters (a light-up pug sweater was one of my biggest hits), and we have our Christmas dinner at Xi House. This year I was the proud winner of the Best Personality Award. Without further ado, here is my version of the 12 Days of Christmas!

On the first day of Christmas my sisters gave to me one Matthew McConaughey.

On the second day of Christmas my sisters gave me to me two formal dates (the more the merrier) and a Matthew McConaughey.

On the third day of Christmas my sisters gave to me three houseboys (my favorite Wranglers!), two formal dates and a Matthew McConaughey.

On the fourth day of Christmas my sisters gave to me four best friends (shout out to Viv, Megan, Rachel and Lauren), three houseboys, two formal dates and a Matthew McConaughey.

On the fifth day of Christmas my sisters gave to me FIVE WHATABURGER TAQUITOS! (thanks for always going to Whataburger with me at absurd hours Kath!) four best friends, three houseboys, two formal dates and a Matthew McConaughey.

On the sixth day of Christmas my sisters gave to me six Longhorn football wins, five Whataburger taquitos, four best friends, three houseboys, two formal dates and a Matthew McConaughey.

On the seventh day of Christmas my sisters gave to me seven puppies to play with, six Longhorn football wins, five Whataburger taquitos, four best friends, three houseboys, two formal dates and a Matthew McConaughey

On the eighth day of Christmas my sisters gave to me eight oversized T-shirts, seven puppies to play with, six Longhorn football wins, five Whataburger taquitos, four best friends, three houseboys, two formal dates and a Matthew McConaughey.

On the ninth day of Christmas my sisters gave to me nine closets to raid, eight oversized T-shirts, seven puppies to play with, six Longhorn football wins, five Whataburger taquitos, four best friends, three houseboys, two formal dates and a Matthew McConaughey.
